We started Ignota out of a simple frustration: art and posters rarely get the attention they deserve. Too often, they’re overlooked or lost in an endless stream of content.

Art is something you can sit with. Something to return to. To take in slowly over a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Founded in the Netherlands, Ignota is our way of bringing that feeling back. A place where meaningful, high-quality art prints aren’t buried in noise, but given the space they deserve.

Another frustration that resulted in creation of Ignota Art Gallery is the lack of high quality prints that are meant to last.  Every artwork is reproduced using high-resolution 12-colour fine art printing, allowing greater tonal range and depth than standard four-colour printing.

We print on premium fine art matte paper, chosen for its texture, detail clarity, and archival feel designed to reflect the atmosphere and subtlety of the original painting.
